We’re based in Independence and we’ve cleaned homes across the eastern Kansas City metro since 1989. Thirty-seven years in the same set of towns: a lot of the same streets, and a lot of the same families.

The same team, in every town
We’re not a franchise, and we don’t subcontract. Saundra runs two teams of two, and sometimes a third team out. That’s the whole operation. Everyone on it is background-checked and trained before they set foot in a customer’s home.
So the crew cleaning a house in Lee’s Summit is the same crew cleaning one in Independence, working to the same standard. Whichever town you’re in, you get the same small company, not a local licensee sharing a logo.
Questions we get a lot
Yes, every time, and that doesn’t change because you’re out in Grain Valley or down at the lake. She comes to see it herself. There’s a reason she insists on it: if she hasn’t seen the place, she doesn’t know what she’s walking into, and a price quoted over the phone is a guess. Guesses are how people end up with a number that changes after the work starts. You get a real one, upfront.
No. There’s no travel fee or add-on for any of the towns listed above. The price is the price, whether you’re ten minutes from us or out at the lake. If you’re outside that list, we’ll look at the job and your location and give you a final quote upfront, before anything starts.
Call 816-804-8994 and ask. If you’re within reasonable reach of our base in Independence, you’re probably fine. Either way you get a straight answer: we’ll quote you a price, or we’ll tell you it’s too far for us. What we won’t do is string you along.
Yes. Recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, apartments and condos, and commercial work for churches, daycares, and small businesses. The same list everywhere we go.
Yes. Lake Lotawana and Lake Tapawingo are both on our regular route, and we cover the Lakewood area of Lee’s Summit as well.
Yes. We’re licensed, bonded, and insured, License #096236, and that covers every job in every town on the list.
Yes. A rental you’re handing back, a house you’re getting ready to sell, a unit you manage between tenants: we do all of it, anywhere we serve.
