It depends on the size of the space, how often you need us, and what the work actually involves. A daycare and a small office the same square footage are different jobs. We walk the space first, then give you a real number. Free, and with no contract attached.
No. We work during regular business hours, and we’d rather tell you that now than after you’ve rearranged your week around us. Most of our accounts have a window when the space is quiet, and we build the schedule around that.
As often as the space needs. Some accounts are weekly, some are bi-weekly, some are monthly. We’ll tell you honestly what we think it needs after we’ve seen it.
