It depends on the size of the place and what shape it’s in. A one-bedroom you keep up with is a different job than one nobody’s touched in a while. We come look, then give you a number, free and with no contract attached.
You don’t have to be home. Plenty of our customers aren’t. We’ll sort out access when we schedule, and you come home to it done.
