Privacy policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This policy explains what information Saundra’s Cleaning Service, LLC collects through this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we use your details to answer your request and do the work you ask for. We don’t sell your information to anyone.
What we collect
- When you fill out our estimate form: your name, phone number, email address, town or ZIP code, the service you’re interested in, how you’d like us to reach you, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- When you call, text, or email us: whatever you share in that conversation.
- When you browse the site: basic technical information your browser sends, like your device type, the pages you visit, and how you found us. This is collected through cookies and similar tools, described below.
How we use it
- To answer your estimate request and set up a time to come look at your place.
- To schedule, provide, and follow up on cleaning services.
- To keep simple records of our customers and our conversations with them.
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
We won’t send you marketing emails unless you’ve agreed to receive them, and any email like that will include a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the site and the business:
- Vbout, which receives estimate form submissions, stores our contact records, and sends us a notification when a request comes in.
- Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors find and use the site. It uses cookies to collect information like the pages you visit and how long you stay. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that form submissions come from a person and not a bot. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Trustindex, which displays our Google reviews on the site.
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the site and keeps it running.
We may also share information if the law requires it. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores. This site and the services above use them to keep the site working, protect the estimate form from spam, show our reviews, and understand how visitors use the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Most of the site will still work, but the estimate form may not submit without reCAPTCHA.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to answer your request, provide our services, and keep normal business records. After that, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call or email us using the details below and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, but we only work with providers that take security seriously.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
