Move-in and move-out cleaning in Independence and the Kansas City metro
Moving is already a full week of work. Cleaning shouldn’t be the last thing you do on your way out, or the first thing you do on your way in.
We handle both directions. On the way out, we clean top to bottom so the place is ready to show, hand back, or list. On the way in, we clean before your things arrive, while the rooms are still empty and everything’s easy to reach.
What’s included with move-in and move-out cleaning?
The best time to clean a house is when it’s empty. No furniture to work around, no boxes stacked in the way, nothing in the cabinets. An empty house shows everything. Buyers open the cupboards. They look in the oven. They check the corners nobody notices with furniture in the way, and the cleaner it all is, the faster the place sells.

Move-in cleaning
We clean the whole place before you unpack: floors, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, and wipe-downs throughout, including inside the oven and refrigerator so you’re not starting out with someone else’s. You show up to a house that’s actually ready, and the last thing you do on moving day isn’t cleaning.
Move-out cleaning
Whether it’s a home you’re selling, a rental you’re handing back, or a property you manage between tenants, the standard is the same. Interior windows, and washing down a porch, sidewalk, or siding, aren’t part of a standard move-out clean, but we’ll do them on request. Just ask when we come look and we’ll price it separately.

We come see the place. Always. We don’t quote a move-out sight unseen. If we haven’t seen it, we don’t know what we’re walking into. You get a price upfront.
We schedule around your move, not the other way around.

A unit turns faster when it shows clean. Call us between tenants and we’ll have it ready for the next walkthrough, at the same standard every time, whether it’s one property or a turnover you handle a few times a year.

Got a listing that needs to be ready before photos or an open house? Give us the date and we’ll work to it. No contract to sign, and no cancellation fee if the closing moves.

On a move-out or move-in, yes. That’s exactly when people need it, and it’s what buyers and landlords check first. On a regular or deep clean it isn’t standard, but we’ll do it on request and price it separately.
It depends on the size of the home and what shape it’s in. A three-bedroom that’s been empty a month is a different job than one a family just moved out of. We’ll look at it and give you a real number before anything starts. No contract, no cancellation fee if plans move. And with a move, plans always move.
No. For move-outs especially, most people aren’t. We’ll work out access when we schedule.
